Determine who will complete your survey, what they might know and their
likely interest in reading and completing it. Are you targeting:
- customers with whom you have successful and ongoing relationships?
- customers from whom you would like more and better business?
- prospects whose business you have been unsuccessful in obtaining
to date?
- suppliers?
- internal customers? These may include executive, senior, middle
or frontline management or staff involved in customer service, sales
or administration.
