What information do you need about your customers? Sometimes when people start asking questions they ask a lot of standard questions without really needing the information. For example, how often have you seen a marital status question on a form and wondered how that is relevant?

In your discussion with other learners, share ideas about the information you want to know about customers and why you need that information. Other learners may have some ideas you haven't considered and vice versa.

Keep a list of the kinds of information about your customers that you find most relevant. You may use this list later when developing a questionnaire.
