The Commonwealth government funds a national telephone typewriter relay service which relays phone calls between people with hearing or speech impairment and the wider community. They can be telephoned on: 13 25 44.

Find out about the services available in your state to assist you in your business to cater for people with different disabilities. You may be surprised at how many more customers you may gain simply by having a tele typewriter (TTY) number.
